Your duties as a Staff Nurse working within these NHS hospitals will include – • Responsibility for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of these programmes of care • Carrying out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision • Effective team working; maintaining staff relationships and moral • Effectively communicating between patients, staff and relatives and reporting any issues to the line manager • Ensuring all documentation is legible and accurate • Maintaining own registration with the NMC with supervision support from Donard Healthcare’s Nurse Manager • Ensuring professional and personal development in accordance with NMC requirements with the scope of Professional practice Essential Criteria · A valid NMC pin · A minimum of 6 months clinical experience within a hospital environment · Sound Knowledge of current nursing practices · Willing to complete an Enhanced Access NI certificate Benefits Include: · Reimbursement for Access NI Checks · Weekly pay · Free uniforms · Revalidation Support · Complimentary Training · Yearly NMC fees paid · Competitive rates from £30 – £38 per hour • *Please note an Access NI Enhanced Disclosure will be required for this position. • *A criminal record will not necessarily prohibit an applicant from being successful in their application for this position.
