£9.22 Per Hour + Travel time + Mileage + 30 hour contract This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced carer to be part of our ever growing team providing home care and support services to people living across the Redcar and Cleveland area. A regular working rota will be provided along with a 30 hour contract. 4 days 'week 1' and 3 days 'week 2'. This includes alternate weekends. Caremark have an excellent relationship with our Local Authority who provide most of thedomiciliary care contracts within Redcar and Cleveland. Our Capacity Team will allow us to take on all new packages quickly, to ensure customers do not have to stay in hospital when they are fit for discharge. This team will also be able to facilitate Fast Track packages for people who are on an End of Life pathway and wish to come home to pass away peacefully amongst loved ones. This team will also work closely with their Supervisor to help in times of sickness cover that is needed. This is a domiciliary care role meaning you will be enabling people to remain in their own homes for a long as possible. Overtime is always available if the candidate wishes to work additional days / hours. Being a car driver is essential for this roll due to Caremark covering the whole of Redcar and Cleveland area. All travel time and mileage will be paid for. Caremark DO NOT roll this up with their hourly rate. We will look to develop your skills by offering training to a supervisor level and also we will encourage you to complete your Level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social care.
