Location: Sapelle –Delta State Pay: Attractive (plus Accommodation, HMO and operations car) *Responsibilities:* Increase and maintain average production ration of at least 80% for the laying birds. Manage a mortality rate of not more than 10% per annum. Ensure good management practice. Have good interpersonal and management skill for managing the Pen5 attendance and pen supervisors. Manage the brooding pen and staff. Manage the hatchery Work with the feeding to ensure sustainable and improved feeds. Ensure Biosecurity. *Requirements:* Minimum of Bsc in a related course Minimum of 10years experience in similar role. Must have managed a farm with at least 100,000 birds.
