My experience as a Human Resource Personnel has spanned for 2years in majorly mid level and junior HR roles as an Associate HR manager, Recruitment Officer and HR officer, with keen knowledge and understanding of HR specialized functions and duties involved in people management, employee/employer/employee discrepancies resolution, payroll systems management, Recruitment, onboarding, policies, strategies and business development ideas and implementation for the overall organization growth. Human Resource general operations has helped me gain the general understanding of human capital management as a key function in driving growth for both the organization and the employee as well and I believe that these knowledge, Experiences and skills would help in guiding me through any human resource management functions in any organization I find myself.
