After a fifteen year career in mortgage finance including 6 year stints with Fannie Mae and a regional bank, Mike obtained his license and started selling real estate full time with Amy in 1994. Shortly thereafter, Mike and Amy formed King Builders, Inc. and Mike began building custom homes and remodeling residential properties for resale. His wide range of experience in mortgage finance and residential construction has proven to be a valuable asset for King Real Estate. Mike obtained his broker’s license in late 2007. AMY KING
A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, MD, Amy King graduated from University of Maryland-College Park and has been a licensed Realtor since 1986. She worked with several brokerages prior to convincing Mike to join her in 1994. They teamed up for 14 successful years working for ReMax prior to starting King Real Estate in 2008. Amy’s specialty is preparing homes for the market and offers clear advice regarding updates necessary to maximize return for sellers. She is thrilled that Sam has joined the team and will continue the King Real Estate tradition of providing superior service to each and every customer.

SAM KING
Sam King grew up watching his parents operate a real estate business and understands the value of customer service. After receiving an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Montgomery College, Sam moved to Portland, Oregon where he worked at Nike Headquarters. He returned home to Silver Spring, MD to join the family business and obtained his real estate license in late 2020. Coming into the industry hungry and ready to work tirelessly for his clients, Sam offers representation for selling, buying, renting, and managing properties. He strives to provide his clients with fairness and honesty while bringing youthful energy to the company.
