PERMEFF EYE CARE LIMITED
Permeff Eye care (PEC) is a duly registered Eye Care Facility in Ghana under the company’s code of Ghana 1963 (Act 179). The company started its operations on 15th April, 2015. Its certificate of incorporation and commencement of business were issued on the same day, 15th May, 2015.
PEC currently has two branches, the main branch operates from Prestige Hostel located at East Legon, directly opposite University of Professional Studies main entrance whiles the second branch is located at Oyarifa within Richop Plaza opposite white house on the main Madina- Aburi road.

Permeff Eye Care is a licensed and certified Eye Care Clinic that is located in the heart of Accra, East Legon, UPSA. It operates from a rented premise but with all standard facility that is highly suitable for the kind of eye care clinic needed to run all examinations and tests.
PEC is in the industry to examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases, injuries and disorders of the eye. It is also in operation to prescribe and sell eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision therapy etc. Permeff Eye Care’s focus is to service the Ghanaian market segments that require eye care services within its catchment area and beyond.

PEC is in the eye care business to deliver excellent eye care services to all those who will patronize their services, ensuring that all clients are given first class treatment whenever they visited their various centers.
The work force (Clinical and Administrative) are well trained to operate within the framework of the organization’s corporate culture and also to meet the needs of all cherished customers. Management ensures that in the line of carrying out its services, Permeff complies with the laws and health regulations relative to eye health in Ghana.

MANAGEMENT PROFILE
Permeff Eye Care is run by two (2) highly qualified Senior Optometrists and five (5) other administrative staff. These are:
PERFECT EMEFA TITIATI (Dr. MRS.) (Optometrist and Medical Director)
Perfect Emefa Titiati received her Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Ophthalmic Science at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in May 2008 and later graduated with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from the same University in May 2010. She did her internship with the same University as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in the Department of Optometry.
Immediately after her internship she got engaged with Delcielo Opticals Services as an Optometrist. She later moved to St. Thomas Eye Hospital (formely North Western Eye Clinic) as the resident Optometrist and later elevated to the position of Deputy Medical Director with oversight responsibility on administration.
Over the years, she has received further training and acquired immense experience in the health sector, including pursuing a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) at the University of Ghana. She has expertise in Clinical Eye Care; Refraction; Pre- and Post-Surgical Care; Prescription of Ophthalmic Drugs, etc.
She is a socially responsible person who has been of tremendous help to her community by offering pro bono eye care services to schools, churches, and the under-privileged in society.
She has often been the resource person on Radio and TV, discussing topics such as Glaucoma, Cataract, and other eye-related diseases in Ghana. Emefa is currently the Optometrist-In-Charge at the UPSA branch of Permeff Eye Care Limited. She is also pursuing the much coveted Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Clinical Optometry at Cardiff University, UK.
SAMUEL ODOI ODOTEI (OD)
Samuel Odoi Odotei graduated with Doctor of Optometry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana. He did his National Service in the same university serving as Optometrist Intern/ Teaching Assistant.
Samuel has varied and extensive experiences across the Optometric industry having had a stint in several eye care outfits such as Accra Regional Hospital (Eye Department), Crystal Eye Clinic, among others.
Dr. Samuel is currently the resident Optometrist in charge of Permeff Eye Care, Oyarifa branch where he superintends over the clinical and administrative operations of the branch.
SIMON YAO AGBI (Head of Finance & Accounting Department)
Simon is a result driven, self-motivated and analytical person with over a decade experience in financial management, corporate Governance & compliance management, investment analysis, strategy formulation and project management.
He successfully set up and headed the finance department of Koudijs Ghana Ltd with 4 staff, spearheaded the establishment of Internal audit unit across the Western and Central Africa subsidiaries of Air Liquide Group as the head of Compliance and Audit. Simon had handled a number of audit assignments both external and Internal audits across the various sectors of the economy as an audit manager.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and he holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University, UK.
Simon is currently in charge of the Finance and Accounting Department of Permeff Eye Care Limited.
John Titiati (Executive Director-In-Charge of Business Development, Branding & Marketing)
John Titiati obtained his MBA (Finance) certificate from Wisconsin International University College, Ghana. He also received a Degree in Science Laboratory Technology from University of Cape Coast.
He studied some professional finance, reading the DIPFM course from Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA). He also obtained Diploma in Financial Management from Institute of Commercial Management (ICM-UK). John wrote and passed all the Ghana Stock Exchange Courses and has therefore been licensed as an Investment Advisor by the Securities and Exchanges Commission.
John is a Minister of Religion having obtained a Master of Arts in ministry degree from the Trinity Theological Seminary, Accra, Ghana. He serves as a pastor with the City of Glory International and Prayer Sanctuary.
He has good experience in Project management, Project financing, Financial management and Business incubation and financing.
