About the role As a Growth Associate focused on Outcomes, you will be in charge of developing critical business relationships with career partners. You will work hand-in-hand with students on their job seeker journey. Your job will involve sourcing leads, managing partner accounts to fulfill hiring demand and working with students to guarantee their career placement after the course.
