Responsibilities 1.Create strategies to increase online traffic to the organization’s website 2.Create Social Media Marketing strategies to create a brand name in Social Media and raise awareness 3.Plan and manage the various social media platforms 4.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence 5.Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns 6.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 7.Develop and monitor campaign budgets 8.Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance 9.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints 10.Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities 11.Evaluate emerging technologies. 12.Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Requirements 1.Proven years of Experience in Digital Marketing 2.BSc in Marketing or related field 3.Ability to analyze large amounts of data. 4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 6.Excellent project management skills. 7.Effective communication skills. 8.Exceptional customer service skills.
